In response to the concerns with the COVID-19 virus, and for the wellbeing of residents and staff, all OHA site offices are open by appointment only until further notice.
Unfortunately, due to the Center City location, no visitors will be allowed at the OHA main office until further notice. Mail is being delivered and received, so any rent payments mailed will be processed.
All OHA residents can be assured that any emergency maintenance issues will be addressed immediately. If there are issues related to rent payments please contact your property manager to discuss options available to you.
